Made at Home Homemade Naan (Using a Bread Maker)

This is surprisingly easy to make and delicious Since there's no need for a second rising, the time it takes to make this is decreased.
Enjoy this springy naan.

Ingredients: 4 small sized naan

Water
120 g
Salt
3 g
Sugar
6 g
Bread (strong) flour
100 g
Cake flour
100 g
Dry yeast
3 g

Steps

1. Place the bread pan on the scale. Put the ingredients in the pan in the listed order.
2. Select the dough-only setting and press start.
3. After making the dough, gently press out the air and divide it into quarters. Lightly cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
4. Press it out thinly with your hands. It's okay to roll it out with a rolling pin.
5. Heat a frying pan over low heat and brown both sides of the dough. Since you don't use oil, try to use a non-stick pan.
6. Once it's deliciously browned on both sides, enjoy.

Story Behind this Recipe

I had delicious naan at a house party and I got the recipe.
I arranged the recipe to use a bread maker to make it easier.
