Great Bentos Fillers--Carrots and Sausages with Mayo

This cute appetizer is also great for bentos. They're seasoned with consommé, so they can be eaten as is.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Water
300ml
Soup bouillon cube
2 scant teaspoons or 1 cube
Carrot
1
Wiener sausages
2-3
Mayonnaise
to taste

Steps

1. Peel the carrot and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Cut the sausages to match the length of the chopped carrots.
3. Put the carrots and sausages in a pan, add the water and bouillon, and boil until tender.
4. Lay a sausage on a carrot, squirt on some mayonnaise and they're done. Secure them with a toothpick.
