The Butcher's Ham Cutlets

I made "Ham Cutlets," a dearly loved dish for a bento dish. Also great for a side dish.

Ingredients: 1 serving

6 slices
White flour
1/2 cup
Beaten egg
1 egg
1 cup (200 ml)
Frying oil
as needed
Shredded cabbage
as desired
lemon, grain mustard, sauce
as desired


1. Group 3 slices of ham together and coat with flour. Dip in beaten egg, and coat in panko.
2. Heat the oil until 340°F/170°C, and fry until golden brown.
3. Arrange on top of shredded cabbage in a bento box. Serve with lemon and grain mustard.
