Bean Sprouts that Taste Like Ramen

I love the bean sprouts in ramen. This is a dish that tastes like ramen, but it just has bean sprouts and onion. Adjust the amount of ingredients to make it a soup or a main dish.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Bean sprouts
1/2 bag
Onion
1/4 of a small onion
Sesame oil
1 generous teaspoon
Pepper
a small amount
● Water
250 ml
● Sugar
1/2 teaspoon
● Weipa
1/2 teaspoon
● Miso
1 tablespoon
● Grated ginger and grated garlic
a small amount each
● Doubanjiang
a small amount

Steps

1. Wash and drain the bean sprouts. Slice the onion thinly.
2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the onion. When it has turned translucent, add the bean sprouts and stir-fry quickly. It tastes better with lots of pepper.
3. Add the ● ingredients and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. If any scum rises, skim it off. Taste, and add salt to taste. Serve.
4. The main photo shows a deluxe version. When I add menma (preserved bamboo shoot) and nori seaweed, it makes me so happy.
