Ginger

2 tablespoons
☆ Soy sauce

☆ Granulated dashi stock

Steps

1. Finely julienne the ginger. In a small pot or frying pan, combine all of the ingredients marked with a ☆ with the ginger and bring to a boil.
2. Add the baby scallops and simmer until the liquid has almost completely boiled away.
