Spanish Style Octopus and Potato Appetizer

A Spanish style appetizer of octopus and potatoes flavoured with olive oil and paprika. It's easy and really tasty.

Ingredients: 3-4 servings

Boiled octopus
1 medium
1 clove
☆ Olive oil
As needed
☆ Paprika
As needed
A small amount
(Optional) Parsley and basil
A little


1. Mince the garlic and cut the boiled octopus into bite sized pieces. Lightly boil the potatoes so they're still hard and cut into bite sized pieces.
2. Fry the garlic in olive oil over high heat. When it's aromatic, add the octopus, and potato and stir fry quickly.
3. Put in a serving dish, add salt, olive oil, paprika, parsley, and enjoy!

I was flipping through a guide book on Spain when I found a photo of a delicious looking tapas dish. I made this based on the photo and everyone loved it!
