Mix milk and soy milk and boost your calcium intake! It's easy in the microwave. It's a thick chocolate pudding recipe.

Ingredients: 4 cups

Soy milk
250ml
★Milk
250ml
★Cocoa powder
4 tablespoons
★Sugar
50g
Gelatin
10g

Steps

1. Soak the gelatin in 4 tablespoons of water (not listed).
2. Put the ★ ingredients and gelatin into a heatproof container and cover in plastic wrap. Microwave for 2 minutes at 500W.
3. Stir the mixture and add the soy milk. Set the container in ice-cold water to cool. Stir the mixture until it thickens, then the cocoa powder will not settle to the bottom.
4. Pour into cups and chill in the fridge.
5. It's more like chocolate pudding than jello.
