Cabbage and Potatoes with Garlic Butter

Have you overcome your hatred of vegetables? You can eat this vegetable dish like potato crisps.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Cabbage
1/4
Potatoes
2
Garlic
2 cloves
Butter
5 g
Consommé cube
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Cut the cabbage and potatoes into 6 or 7 mm thickness. Mince the garlic.
2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and cook the garlic over low heat, avoid burning them.
3. Add the potatoes and cook well.
4. Add the cabbage, and sprinkle the consommé bouillon just before the cabbage water has gone. When the bouillon has melt, it is done!
