Recommended for Bentos Eggs in Green Pepper Cups

Delicious Yakuzen medicinal cuisine! This is a simple bento side dish made without using a stove. The green peppers and egg provide nutrition!

Ingredients: 6 pieces

Green peppers
1 slice
1 tablespoon
Pizza cheese
to taste
Salt . pepper
to taste
to taste


1. Cut the green peppers in half, , and remove the seeds. It is easier to do if you do it inside a microwave-safe container.
2. Cut the bacon into 1 cm, and put into the green pepper cups.
3. Crack an egg and whisk, add mayonnaise, and mix together. Add salt and pepper as well.
4. Scatter pizza cheese into the cups after putting the bacon and egg mixture from steps 2 and 3. Microwave as-is inside the microwave-safe container! (1-2 minutes)
5. The cooking time will vary according the microwave, but it is good to go once the eggs harden!
6. They are done. These are great for breakfast too! Add ketchup and enjoy.
7. These are cute if you put them in a girl's bento .

Story Behind this Recipe

I think this was introduce in a morning TV show "Bento Club," so I made my own version. The green peppers form the dish, and they will help you feel better when you are overstressed. Eggs, cheese, and bacon are all beneficial to the body, so it is all hunky-dory .
These are great for bentos, pretty, and great for you too.
