All-purpose! Miso Glaze

This glaze goes well with yakiniku, stir-fry dishes, vegetable sticks, toasted rice balls... it goes well with anything.

Ingredients: easy to make amount

100 g
White sugar
30 g
Grated ginger
Grated garlic
40 g
Soy sauce
40 g


1. This time, I used barley miso.
2. Put all the ingredients except for the mirin and soy sauce in a pot.
3. Mix it well.
4. Add mirin and soy sauce. Mix.
5. Turn on the heat and bring to a boil.
6. Turn down the heat to low and boil for 5 minutes.
7. Pour immediately into a heatproof container. It holds up to a month in the fridge.
