Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour the mixture into the tofu containers to about 60% full, and lightly press the centres (moisten your fingers and press to make it easier).
Wrap loosely and cook each container for 1 minute in a microwave at 500W.
Turn the container over and cook for 30 more seconds at 200W.
Serve on a plate, and drizzle on maple syrup or butter and enjoy.
You can also bake it in a pan.

Bring the tofu to room temperature to make it quicker. You can use silicon cups. If the cakes don't cook the first time, microwave in increments until it cooks. Adjust the amount of dry ingredients and water depending on the moisture of the tofu.
