Jako Fish and Celery Salad

Japanese-style fresh celery salad.
Just mix the ingredients in a plastic bag, and it's done.

Ingredients: 1-2 portions

Celery
100 g
Chirimen jako (semi-dried salted tiny sardines)
more than 1 tablespoon
Vinegar
1 tablespoon
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
Sugar
1 teaspoon
Grated ginger
less than 1 teaspoon
Toasted sesame
as needed
Salt and pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Remove the strings from the celery stem, and cut them into 4-5 cm.
2. Put the celery and the seasonings and rub them. Jako fish is salty, so adjust the amount of salt when needed.
3. Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
