Non-Dairy Brown Rice Amazake Strawberry Yogurt

You can make a delicious strawberry yogurt without having to use milk products.
This is a simple macrobiotic dessert that uses brown rice amazake and tofu.

Ingredients: Manageable amount

1/2 block (200 g)
Brown rice amazake (Recipe ID: 787677)
approx. 1/2 cup (125 g)
Strawberries (frozen are ok)
1/2 bag (approximately 150 g or 125 g if frozen)
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
a pinch
Strawberries and mint for decoration
as desired


1. Lightly boil and drain the tofu and add it to a food processor along with the brown rice amazake. Blend until smooth.
2. Once the mixture is creamy, add the strawberries and blend again.
3. Add the lemon juice and salt to get your desired taste and mix again to finish.
4. Transfer to serving dishes and chill Spruce up your yogurt cups by decorating with strawberries and mint if you like.
