Cover with plastic wrap and microwave until the bean sprouts have wilted a little.

Story Behind this Recipe
This is what I came up with when I had no time!
The key is the order the ingredients are added: Wakame seaweed first, then the bean sprouts, and finally the ponzu sauce. Since dried wakame seaweed is used as-is, this order works fine. Mix everything together while it's still hot so that the flavors soak into the crispy bean sprouts and become delicious. (Replace ponzu with salad dressing for an alternative.)
