Matcha Mousse For a Gentle Spring Day

How about a soft matcha mousse on a gentle spring day?

Ingredients: 5 small cups

Milk or soy milk
100ml
Heavy cream
100ml
Matcha
1 tablespoon
Sugar
20g
Gelatin
3g
Hot water
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Preparation Dissolve the matcha in hot water so it's not lumpy.
2. Put the milk and sugar in a pan and heat without letting it boil. When the sugar has melted, remove the pan from the heat.
3. Add the matcha and gelatin and mix. Cool until it reaches room temperature.
4. Whisk the cream until it becomes stiff. Add the mixture from step 3 little by little, stirring gently as you go along.
5. Pour mixture into cups and chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Done!
