Preparation Dissolve the matcha in hot water so it's not lumpy.
Put the milk and sugar in a pan and heat without letting it boil. When the sugar has melted, remove the pan from the heat.
Add the matcha and gelatin and mix. Cool until it reaches room temperature.
Whisk the cream until it becomes stiff. Add the mixture from step 3 little by little, stirring gently as you go along.
Pour mixture into cups and chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Done!

I had some matcha. The softness of the mousse makes me think of a gentle spring day.
Adjust the amount of matcha to your liking. In step 4, add a little and then stir, add a little and then stir. Repeat this process delicately so the mixture doesn't lose its softness. It's delicious and healthy with soy milk too.
