Kid-friendly Pork and Kimchi Stir-fry

I have never found a recipe which is more delicious than this one.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Pork (belly is recommended)
80 g
150 g
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1 1/2 tablespoons
Usukuchi soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
Chopped scallion


1. Cut the pork into bite-size pieces, and stir-fry with the mayonnaise instead of oil.
2. Cook briefly, add kimchi, then mix with the pork.
3. Turn up the heat to medium high, add sake, sugar, and the soy sauce, then mix. When the liquid is reduced, pour in the sesame oil, and mix briefly. Serve onto a plate.
4. Sprinkle chopped scallion. It's also delicious with a soft-poached egg or raw egg yolk on top.
5. Also works well as a rice bowl.
