A Better Moro-Kyuri (Moromi Miso with Cucumbers)

Cut cucumbers and miso alone is bland because of the high water content of cucumbers.
By just sprinkling salt on cucumbers, this simple dish will become even more delicious!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Moromi miso
To taste
a small amount


1. Peel 5 sections of the cucumber lengthwise with a peeler.
2. Lightly sprinkle salt.
3. Cut the cucumbers into thirds.
4. Then cut each piece into fourths. Arrange on a plate with the miso for dipping.
