Refreshing Salted Chicken Thighs

This is an easy recipe. Just marinate the chicken and cook it.
If you marinate the chicken the night before, you can just cook it in the morning and you'll have an easy dish for your bento.


Chicken thighs for deep-frying
220 g
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1/3-1/2 teaspoon
★Chicken stock granules
1/2 teaspoon
★Grated ginger
about 2 cm
★Grated garlic
about 2 cm


1. Pour all ★ marinade ingredients into a plastic bag. Add in the chicken and rub the marinade into it. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes. It's even better if you leave it overnight in the fridge.
2. Heat oil in a pan, pour in the chicken including all the marinade. Cook both sides over medium heat, reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid, and cook thoroughly.
3. Serve on a plate and add garnishes on the side.
4. *For people who found this recipe a bit too salty, I changed the amount of salt from 1/2 teaspoon to around 1/3 teaspoon. Feel free to adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
