Stir Fried Celery and Pork with Oyster Sauce

I warn you that this recipe is delicious! The simple oyster sauce seasoning lifts the celery and pork flavour.

Ingredients: 4-5 servings

Thinly siced pork offcuts (pork belly)
250 g
Celery
1 stalk
○Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
○Katakuriko
about 2/3 tablespoon
Oyster sauce
2/3 tablespoon

Steps

1. Cut the pork into desired size and marinate with ○. Remove the string from celery if possible, and thinly slice diagonally.
2. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil (not listed) in a pan, and stir fry the celery. Set aside.
3. Using the same pan, add oil and fry the marinated pork until it is cooked through. Then return the celery and pour in the oyster sauce. Mix and done!
4. I added celery leaves, too, this time。If you don’t like celery leaves, it is still nice without it., but adding leaves gives it more colour.
