Beef Steak With Sauce

With this sauce, you can enjoy steak for a nice feast.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Beef (filet, sirloin, etc)
400 g
●Red wine
50 ml
●Grated onion
●Grated garlic
2 cloves
★Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
★Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon
3 tablespoons
3 tablespoons
15 g
Vegetable oil and butter
1 tablespoon each
Salt, pepper
to taste


1. Marinate the beef in ● ingredients. If the meat is tough, pound the meat to tenderize.
2. Heat vegetable oil and butter in a pan. Pan-fry the meat seasoned with salt and pepper right before cooking. Fry the surface over high heat first, then adjust the heat according to how you like the meat cooked.
3. Remove the fried beef from the pan, and wipe it. Pour in Step one marinade and ★ ingredients, then simmer. Add the butter to finish the sauce!
4. Pour the sauce on top of the meat and enjoy. It is also delicious to eat it in a rice bowl.
