Fluffy Cupcakes Made with Skim Milk Powder

These are milk flavoured with plenty of milk powder mixed in, and they are really fluffy when fresh out of the oven. They don't contain too much sugar and oil, so they're relatively healthy. All you need to do is combine and mix the ingredients.

Ingredients: About 6 cups

●Margarine (or butter)
30 g
30 g
50 ml
Skim milk powder
50 g
Cake flour
60 g
Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon (about 2 g)


1. Weigh the ● ingredients, and add to the bowl. Melt in a microwave, and mix.
2. Break the egg in, and mix well. Sift in the skim milk→ cake flour→ baking powder, and mix.
3. Scoop the batter into the cups, and bake in the oven preheated to 170°C for about 20 minutes. Insert a toothpick, and if it comes out clean, they're done.

Story Behind this Recipe

I created this recipe because I wanted to eat milk flavoured dessert with skim milk.
I also wanted to use up the skim milk I had around.
