Orange Peel Bread Rolls

Fluffy and soft bread rolls with the fragrance of orange peels.

Ingredients: 8 rolls

Strong (bread) flour
250 g
15 g
4 g
Skim milk powder
15 g
Unsalted butter
15 g
160 ml (See Hints)
Dried yeast
5 g
Orange peel (See Hints)
40 g


1. Finely chop the orange peel. See "Easy Homemade Candied Orange Peel" (Recipe ID: 738963).
2. Knead all the ingredients except for the butter and orange peel in a bowl. When the mixture has come together, knead in the butter and peel.
3. Roll the dough into a neat round, place it in a bowl and allow it to rise to double its original size. When finished, divide the dough into 8 portions and let sit for 20 minutes.
4. Reshape them into neat rounds, place on a baking tray, and allow to rise for a second time until doubled in size again.
5. When finished, bake them for 12-13 minutes in an oven preheated to 170℃.
6. They're fluffy straight out of the oven.
