Make the sauce. Add the shiso leaves, sesame seeds, salt, garlic, and olive oil into a food processor, and blend well.
Add salt into boiling water, and cook the pasta following the package instructions.
Mix the sauce and pasta in a bowl, and you're done Garnish with chopped tomatoes on top. It will add a nice colour to the dish.
Story Behind this Recipe
I rearranged the recipe that my friend taught me some time ago when we were living in company housing together.
Use a small amount of salt. When you are mixing the pasta with the sauce, please adjust the flavor. When you have leftover sauce, spread some on a baguette and toast it. I think it will go well with chicken dishes as well.
