Honey Yogurt Cake

Just mix well and bake. It's like a little bit sour hard pudding You can cook this in my spare time, and it's delicious.

Ingredients: 16 cm diameter round pan

★Lightly drained yogurt
200 g
80 g
★Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
☆Cake flour
70 g
☆Baking powder
1 teaspoon
Margarine for greasing the pan
as needed
Powdered sugar
as needed


1. Drain the water separated from the yogurt. Grease a cake pan with margarine, and sprinkle powdered sugar. Sift the ☆ ingredients into a bowl. Preheat the oven to 170℃.
2. Add all the ★ ingredients to the Step 1 bowl, and mix well with a whisk. Pour into the pan. Fill a baking sheet with hot water, and bake in a water bath for 20 minutes.
3. Reduce the oven temperature to 150℃ and continue baking for 15 minutes. When freshly baked, it rises as illustrated in the picture, but when cooled, it will deflate.
