Just-Mix Tofu Cake

It may look over-baked, but this is what it's supposed to be.

Ingredients: 1 cake

Silken tofu
1/2 block (220 g)
Cake flour
100 g
Butter
50 g
Granulated sugar
50 g
Eggs
2
Milk
2 tablespoons
Baking powder
1 teaspoon
Salt
2/3 teaspoon

Steps

1. Cut in the butter and granulated sugar with a spatula (combine thoroughly).
2. Add eggs and milk in small batches. Whisk, then add tofu and salt, then whisk again. Mix throughly.
3. Add cake flour and baking powder in small batches, and whisk once more. Be patient and stir.
4. Pour into a loaf pan. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 60 minutes to finish.
