Mash up the egg finely with a fork. It's easier if you divide the whte and yolk beforehand. Add the Caesar salad dressing and mix well.
Add the Tabasco and chili pepper powder, and season with salt and pepper. Add some dried parsley for color. Sandwich between slices of bread of your choice.
I spread it on sliced baguette and crackers to make small hors d'œuvres.
If you add the chili pepper powder on top, it looks prettier.
If using a baguette, you'll need about 1/3 to 1/4 of one. If using sliced bread (12-slice loaf), there is enough egg salad for 4 slices.

I like egg sandwiches, but I want to change it up sometimes... I don't like it to be dry, but I don't like adding tons of mayonnaise either. It's nearly hanami season too. I tried making the egg salad with Caesar salad dressing. I added some spiciness to make this for grown-ups.
This is great just with the Caesar salad dressing. Add the Tabasco and chili pepper little by little while tasting. If you use too much Tabasco it becomes sour, so use sparingly. The saltiness of the Caesar salad dressing varies a lot, so add while tasting.
