Broccolini Tossed in Wasabi-Mayo

Vegetables are tossed in Japanese mustard, so why not in wasabi?
Wasabi-mayo pairs well with anything.

Ingredients

Broccolini
150 g
Mayonnaise
25 g
Wasabi
3-5 g
Soy sauce
to taste
Dashi stock granules
1/3 teaspoon

Steps

1. Cut the broccolini into 2-3 cm lengths and boil. Stop the heat immediately when you think they are cooked.
2. Drain the broccolini and allow to cool.
3. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients aside from the broccolini. Squeeze out the liquid from the broccolini and toss.
