Fried Chicken with Teriyaki Sauce and Mayonnaise

This is a deep-fried version of teriyaki chicken. The chicken soaks up the sauce well.


Chicken breast
Salt and pepper
a small amount
2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil
as needed
Teriyaki sauce

1. Cut the chicken breast into pieces of your desired size and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put the katakuriko into a plastic bag, and add the meat. Shake to coat the chicken.
2. Pour about 1 cm worth of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry Step 1 as you would in a deep-fat frier.
3. Take out the meat, and drain the oil from the pan. Add the teriyaki sauce into the pan, and the add the meat. Toss quickly over a high heat to coat, and it's done.
