Diet-Friendly Egg and Tofu with Shio-konbu

Just mix it all together one bowl.
It only takes 5 minutes.
It's great as a diet item!!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Silken tofu
1 block (150 g)
Egg (Refer to Helpful Hints)
1/2
Shio-kombu
2-3 handfuls

Steps

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a heat-resistant bowl and mix until even. Smooth the surface and cover the bowl in plastic wrap. Microwave for 2-3 minutes at 600 W.
2. Let sit for 5 minutes then it's done. Enjoy it freshly made.
