Soy Sauce Ramen with Shirataki Noodles

I love ramen, so here's a soy sauce seasoned diet version using shirataki noodles.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Ginger
a small amount
Garlic
a small amount
Sesame oil
a small amount
● Shirataki noodles
1 bag
● Water
600 ml
● Chinese soup stock
1 teaspoon
● Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
● Ra-yu
a small amount
● Salt
a small amount
● Black pepper
a small amount
● Chinese soup stock
1 teaspoon
● Japanese leek
1
Seasoned nori seaweed (aji-nori)
3 pieces

Steps

1. Finely chop some ginger and garlic (or use readymade ginger and garlic paste from a tube). Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry the ginger and garlic.

I love the shirataki noodle ramen they sell at 7-11 convenience stores, but it's a bit expensive to buy all the time... so, I made my own shirataki noodle soy sauce ramen for when I'm on a diet.
