Tiramisu-style Yogurt

You don't have to deprive yourself just because you're on a diet. A guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients: easy to remember quantities

◎Yogurt
100 g
◎Skim milk powder
2-3 tablespoons
◎Lemon juice
1 teaspoon
◎Sugar
1 teaspoon
◎Instant coffee
1 teaspoon
Toppings: coffee granules and cocoa powder
a dash

Steps

1. Mix together all the ◎ ingredients, and then garnish with the toppings. Garnish with some coffee granules in addition to the 1 teaspoon mixed in to the liquid. Use as much cocoa powder as you prefer.
2. I love the combination of skim milk powder and yogurt, so I dust on some extra along with the rest of the toppings. It makes the yogurt richer and more dessert-like.

Story Behind this Recipe

I've been eating yogurt with skim milk powder mixed in for about 5 years now, and I absolutely love it. I've never seen a recipe like my one for tiramisu style yogurt, so I went ahead and uploaded it.
