Simple and Easy Homemade Bacon

I'm only going to eat this bacon at home so I guess it's fine to make it this simply, right?
This takes little effort and with the help of Krazy Salt, it's quite flavorful.


Pork belly (block)
As much as you'd like (I used 2 x 250 g portions)
Krazy Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Garlic powder
to taste


1. Rub the Krazy Salt, black pepper, and garlic powder into the pork blocks.
2. Let it sit in the fridge for 3-4 days.
3. Bake for 90 minutes at 120℃ and it's done!
4. Add it into stew or put it on a hamburger and dig in!

Story Behind this Recipe

To put it simply, I just wanted to eat some homemade bacon. I'm only eating this at home, so it's easy to make. This bacon is not smoke-cured.
