Pasta with Wiener Sausages and Broccoli

An easy pasta you can make with ingredients already in your refrigerator.
Simply seasoned, but delicious.

Ingredients: Serves 2

Spaghetti
250 g
Olive oil
3 tablespoons
Garlic
2 cloves
Broccoli
1/2 head
Wiener sausages
4
Soup stock cube
1/2
Salt and pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan.
2. When the garlic is aromatic, add the wiener sausages and cook together.
3. Separate the broccoli into florets. Bring plenty of water to a boil and cook the spaghetti. Drain the florets into a sieve and immerse in the boiling pasta liquid for 1 minute.
4. Add 100ml of the pasta liquid to the pan with the sausages and garlic. Add a soup stock cube and dissolve thoroughly.
5. Add the broccoli to the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Remove the pasta from boiling water a little earlier than the time stated on the package, and transfer the pasta to the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
