Super Simple Chinese Cabbage and Ginger Soup

A simple and delicious soup with garlic.

Ingredients: 4-5 servings

Chinese cabbage
1/4
Bacon
200 g
Ginger
1 piece
Consomme soup stock cubes
3
Roughly ground pepper
as needed
Salt
to taste
Water
6 cups
Garlic
1 clove

Steps

1. Cut the Chinese cabbage and bacon into bite-size pieces. Grate the garlic.
2. Put 6 cups of water and all the other ingredients in a pot and simmer. When the cabbage has started to soften, taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
3. And it's ready to eat!
