Salmon à la Meunière with Delicious Aurora Sauce

A fancy, sophisticated sauce is great, too, but we always prepare our salmon with aurora sauce.
It's really simple, but a sure-fire crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Raw salmon
2 pieces
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Plain flour
as needed
Butter (margarine is ok)
1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise and ketchup
1 tablespoon each (1:1 Ratio)

Steps

1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and dust with flour.
2. Add the butter to a warm pan and cook the salmon on medium heat until it is well done on both sides.
3. Mix the mayonnaise and ketchup to make the aurora sauce.
4. Serve the salmon with sauce and enjoy.
