Just top some tortilla chips with tomatoes, guacamole, kidney beans, and cheese and throw it in the oven for a snack that will have your family raving!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Tortilla chips
enough to cover the plate
Homemade tortilla chips (Recipe ID: 686826)
Olive oil
1/2 tablespoons
Fresh tomatoes, store-bought tomato sauce, etc
about 3 tablespoons
Hard cheese
about 3 tablespoons
Jalapenos (if you have them)
2 teaspoons
Bean paste (Recipe ID: 643879)
3 tablespoons
Sour cream (to taste)
as needed
Avocado dip (Recipe ID: 774250)
about 5 tablespoons
Chili/Tabasco sauce
as needed

Steps

1. Grease a heatproof dish with oil and arrange the tortilla chips, tomatoes, jalapenos, and bean paste (or store-bought refried beans) on top.
2. Top with grated (or powdered) cheese. Bake in an oven at about 200℃ for 10 minutes and enjoy while hot.
3. Try mixing various delicious ingredients into your nachos! This is the same as the top picture.
4. Here's a Mexican plate of a tortilla, guacamole, lettuce, and tomato. It's great for vegetarians.

Story Behind this Recipe

The nachos I had in America were so delicious that I fell in love with them.
When I had guests coming over, I made a double batch and they were gobbled up in a flash.
