Wasabi Greens with Pork Belly

Wasabi greens are an under-appreciated vegetable, but are delicious.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Wasabi greens (leaves and stems)
3 bunches
Thinly sliced pork belly
200g
★Sesame oil
to taste
★Ponzu
to taste

Steps

1. Wash the wasabi greens and cut into bite-sized pieces. Drain.
2. Fry the pork, when fragrant, add a little sesame oil.
3. Toss the wasabi greens and fried pork with ponzu.
4. Plate and it's done.

This was my first time to purchase wasabi greens.
I was inspired by Ponpu's Recipe for "Wasabi Greens and Tuna with Ponzu".
