Our Family's Exquisite Celery Pickles with Soy Sauce
The smell of celery will disappear with the help of the vinegar in this irresistible dish. With this recipe, you'll be eating *People told me there was too much sesame oil, so I changed the measurement to about 2 teaspoons.
Cut the celery lengthwise. Chop the leaves roughly.
Add celery and all the seasonings in a heatproof dish, and mix. Cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1.5 minutes at 600 W.
Remove from the microwave, and let it sit for about 5 minutes. If you can leave it for 30 minutes, the celery will absorb the flavour nicely.

I thought that if I cook celery like this it will be easier to eat. Since then, our family has loved eating celery.
There are no tips, but I added the sugar so that it will be easier for kids to eat. You can skip that. This dish will taste better the next day. The picture shows half the yield because I only had 1 stalk of celery.
