Strained Yogurt Drizzled with Maple Syrup

Try this winning combination of strained yogurt and maple syrup.

Ingredients

Plain yogurt
as much as you like
Maple syrup
as much as you like
Fruit
as much as you like

Steps

1. Pour the yogurt into a sieve lined with paper towels, place over a bowl and leave in the refrigerator for 1-3 days. Discard the water that collects in the bowl every now and again.
2. Pour as much of the Step 1 yogurt as you like into a serving dish, top with fruit (I used white peaches), and drizzle with maple syrup to your heart's content. And there you have it.

I used to always add sugar to strained yogurt but I poured maple syrup for a change and it was great!
