Hearty Sautéed Pork with Sauce

Hearty Sautéed Pork with Sauce

The pork is thoroughly coated in sauce. You can eat lots of rice and vegetables with this, and it is a really hearty dish.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Pork meat (chopped pork etc.)
About 150g
1/2 tablespoon
1 and 1/2 tablespoon
Vegetable oil
as needed
●Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
2 tablespoons
●Japanese Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons
White sesame seeds
to taste
Your favorite vegetables
As desired

1. Sprinkle the pork with sake, rub it in, and let sit for a while in the fridge. Mix • together.
2. When adding in the vegetables, cut into approximate sizes, sauté in a pan, season with salt and pepper (not listed), and arrange onto a plate.
3. Coat the meat from Step 1 in katakuriko (it's easier if you coat if you put the meat and katakuriko in a plastic bag.)
4. Heat a pan over a strong medium heat, add vegetable oil, and cook the meat from step 3 through on both sides until golden brown.
5. After the meat has cooked through, pour in the • mixture, place on top of the vegetables from step 2, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
6. This time I used cabbage, onions, carrots, and bean sprouts. I also added eggs, which I love.
7. I usually make this with generis chopped pork, but pork neck was on sale so I used that instead . If you are using a thicker meat, adjust the cooking time.
