Low-Calorie! Refreshing Mushrooms and Mekabu

Marinate the mushrooms and mekabu with vinegar.
This seems healthy for those who are dieting.
This is easy microwave cooking!


Maitake mushrooms
1 pack
Shimeji mushrooms
1 pack
2 teaspoons
Seasoned mekabu
1 pack
Tororo kombu
5 g
1 tablespoon
Mentsuyu (diluted)
1 teaspoon
Daikon radish sprouts, shiso leaves or green onions
to taste

1. I use this type of seasoned mekabu that's packaged into individual servings.
2. Shred the shimeji and maitake mushrooms and put in a bowl.
3. Pour sake and cover with a plastic microwave cover or loosely wrap with plastic wrap. Microwave for 3 minutes (500 W).
4. When Step 4 has cooled, add the vinegar, mentsuyu, and mekabu, and mix well.
5. Add the tororo kombu while shredding with your fingers. Season with salt if needed.
6. Chill in the fridge. Serve to a plate and garnish with greens on top. It's done!
