Fluffy and Moist Cheese Steamed Bread

This sweet-savory bread is easy to make, and it will still be moist and chewy the next day.

Ingredients: 3 ramekins (7 cm)

Sliced cheese
3 slices
50 ml
Cake flour
50 g
Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
25 g
a small amount


1. Tear the cheese with your hands. Pour the milk into a heatproof bowl, and add the cheese. Microwave it on the 'heat milk' mode to melt the cheese.
2. Add the sugar and a small amount of salt (to your liking) and mix.
3. Sift in flour and baking powder at once, and mix.
4. Put cupcake liners (about 7 cm in diameter) in ramekins and pour the mixture. Steam for 10 minutes over high heat, and it's done.
