Steamed Bread That Stays Fluffy - Yogurt Version

This bread is easy to make and will still be moist the next day. It has a deep refreshing aroma.

Ingredients: 3 7cm ramekins

Cake flour
50 g
Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
25 g
50 g
2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon
Lemon zest
from 1/2 lemon


1. Combine the sugar, vegetable oil, yogurt, milk and lemon zest (optional).
2. Sift the combined flour and baking powder into the yogurt mixture.
3. Place paper muffin cups in the ramekins and pour in the batter.
4. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes. They are already done.
