Fluffy Milk Tea Flavored Steamed Bread

An aromatic bread that stays fluffy even until the next day.

Ingredients: six ramekins, each 7 cm in diameter

Cake flour
100 g
Baking powder
1 teaspoon
50 g
120 ml (1/2 cup & 1 tablespoon)
Black tea
4 g
Vegetable oil
3 tablespoons


1. Add the black tea to milk and microwave on the milk-warming function.
2. Add sugar and the vegetable oil to Step 1 and mix well.
3. Combine the flour and the baking powder, sift it into what you've just made in Step 2 and then mix.
4. Put paper cups in ramekins (8 ramekins) and then gently pour the batter into the molds. Steam them on high for 10 minutes and they are done.
