Pork and Gochujang Stir-Fry

You just mix and cook. You can eat lots of vegetables with this recipe. It is spicy and delicious.

Ingredients: 2 people

Sliced pork
200 g
Onion sliced into wedges
1/2
Carrots cut into 2 cm thick slices
1/4
Japanese leeks sliced diagonally
1/2
Garlic finely chopped
2 cloves
Sauce:
Gochujang
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Sake
1 tablespoon
Sugar
1/2 tablespoon
Sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon
Pepper
a small amount
(Powdered Chili Pepper) as desired
(1~3 teaspoons)

Steps

1. Cut the meat and veggies into easy-to-eat portions.
2. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl, and rub together well (do this wearing plastic gloves).
3. Cover with plastic wrap, and let set for more than 30 minutes in the fridge.
4. Heat oil (not listed) in a frying pan, and cook step 3. Cook it slowly over a medium heat. It will be done in about 5 minutes.
5. I ate it wrapped in boiled cabbage. You can eat this with red-tip or iceberg lettuce, various vegetables etc.
6. Make fried rice after eating the meat.
