Avocado and Mushroom Cream Pasta

A heavy cream-free and butter-free avocado cream pasta. The soy sauce gives it a nice finishing touch.

Ingredients: 1 serving

1 handful
1 slice
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
White flour
1 tablespoon
1 cup (200 ml)
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon plus
1 serving
White sesame seeds, powdered cheese etc.
to taste


1. Add salt to a generous amount of hot water and boil the pasta. Chop the avocado, mushrooms and bacon into large bite-sized pieces, and thinly slice the onion.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon and onion over a medium heat. When the onion has wilted, add the mushrooms and continue to fry.
3. Turn the heat to low and coat everything with the flour. Blend it in until it is no longer powdery. Add the milk and stir while heating. When it has thickened, add the avocado.
4. Adjust the taste with soy sauce, mix with the boiled pasta and transfer to a serving plate. Add sesame seeds and powdered cheese if you like, and enjoy.
