An Easy Recipe For Diets! Miso Shirataki Ramen

I love ramen but, it's high in calories...Here's a shirataki noodle miso ramen recipe that tastes like the real thing!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Mixed ground beef and pork
150g
Vegetable (your choice of vegetables. I used a veggie pack)
200g
Shirataki noodles
2 bags (180g)
Sesame oil
a small amount
Ginger (tubed is fine)
approx. 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic (tubed is fine)
approx. 1/2 teaspoon
●Sake
2 tablespoons
●Salt and pepper
a small amount
●Ra-yu
2 teaspoons
●Miso
3 tablespoons
●Doubanjiang
approx. 1 tablespoon
○Hot water
600ml
○Chinese Chicken stock powder
4 teaspoons

Steps

1. In a pan with heated sesame oil, add minced the ginger, garlic, and meat. When the meat is browned half way through, add the vegetables and cook.
2. After combining the ingredients marked ●, add them to the pan. Cut the shirataki noodles to desired lengths, add them along with the ingredients marked ○, and heat evenly.
3. When the soup starts to simmer, it's done.
