Pound Cake ☆ Using Leftover Whipped Cream

This is a recipe to use up leftover whipped cream!
This time, I used some frozen kuromame black beans from New Years and marmalade as fillings.

Ingredients: 17 cm x 8 cm x 6 cm pound cake pan

Cake flour
120 g
60 g
Baking powder
2 g
Whipped cream (heavy cream)
70 g
50 ml


1. Put the flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl and stir with a whisk.
2. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Lightly grease the cake pan with oil.
3. Add the cream, egg, and milk to the bowl from Step 1 and mix together. Add your fillings if you prefer.
4. Pour the batter from Step 3 into the pan and bake in the oven at 170°C for 40 minutes.

I had leftover whipped cream after making a decorated cake, so I used it to make this delicious cake!
