Colorful Microwaved Cookies

Just mix and microwave! Kids can make these because there's no need to cook anything over heat. They are cute and colorful!

Ingredients: About 20 cookies

Butter (at room temperature)
100 g
Granulated sugar
50 g
A Ingredients
Cake flour
130 g
Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
B Ingredients
Chocolate chips
25 g
Colored chocolate sprinkles
25 g


1. Mix butter and sugar together with a whisk, add the egg and mix.
2. Add the [A] ingredients. Cut and fold the mixture with a rubber spatula until it's no longer floury, then mix in the [B] ingredients.
3. Put five squares of parchment paper cut into squares on a plate. Use two spoons to scoop and drop the dough onto the squares. Cut out large squares.
4. Microwave at 500W for 3 - 3.5 minutes, and they're done. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to use up all the dough.

Story Behind this Recipe

I was looking for a recipe for microwaved cookies that even kids could make, and I tried this! I often used to make pancake mix this way too.
