Japanese Leek Cheese and Ponzu Sauce

The delicious flavor from the leek goes well with cheese and ponzu. It's easily made in the microwave and goes perfectly with beer.

Ingredients: 1-2 servings

Japanese leek
Olive oil or seasme oil
2-3 drops (as you like)
Easy melting cheese
a handful
to taste
Black pepper
to taste


1. Chop the leek into your desired sizes, add oil, mix, place in a heatproof container, then wrap and microwave for 1.5 minutes at 500W.
2. Scatter cheese on top and bake in an oven. Sprinkle ponzu sauce and black pepper and enjoy.
3. Here I chopped the leek into large diagonal slices.
